Proof he's still bumping them/selling the accounts as of yesterday:

These are the only 3 accounts he's ever had up for sale. 1 RS3 account worth quite a bit of money and 2 07 accounts. While i'm not sure which of the 07 accounts he has sold, he has sold one of them as well as the RS3 account a minimum of one time and scammed via recovering them.

At least one of, if not both of these trades were for RSGP meaning the buyers could not have recovered their accounts, yet both users claim their accounts were recovered.

Both recoveries took place on the same day it seems, so he likely did them both at once.

There is evidence that:
He sold 2 of the only 3 accounts he's ever tried selling
2 trades took place coupled with both users claiming the accounts were recovered
He once again has control of all 3 accounts even though he's sold 2 of them and both users claim they were recovered
At least 1 of the buyers paid in RSGP meaning the scam could not have been on their end via payment recovery.

It's pretty clear he's scammed not one but both of these users.

 

I have gone ahead and banned him as a precaution since he's still trying to sell the accounts and I have contacted the individuals that were potentially scammed. Hopefully they can provide some proof that scam occured.

Right now it is highly circumstantial, but figure better safe than sorry.

 

Account information (specifically the username) of the account bought by 14stfinest was provided and matches the stats for the OSRS starter zerker.

Precautionary ban has been re-affirmed to be the correct decision and the thread is now closed.
