5. I sell digital products. Buying and selling of Steam accounts is against Steam ToS. You acknowledge the full risk of purchasing a Steam Account. If Steam limits or in anyway disables your account then me, Kspade, will not responsible for that. See Section 1 of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, which everyone who has a Steam account had to sign.
6. By purchasing a product from me, Kspade, the buyer agrees that this is a non-refundable transaction. Once you send me money, the account is in your full control.
7. I do NOT cover matchmaking cooldowns for team kill, leaving a game, kicking too many teammates, or being kicked too many times. I do NOT cover overwatch bans for minorly disruptive, majorly disruptive, or untrusted.
8. If you buy an account for a third party platform(s) (ESEA, CEVO, FACEIT) and that third party platform is already registered it is not my responsibility. If the account description has "Not sure about leagues" do not assume it is unregistered on any third party platform.
