Can anyone make this image transparent for me?

Make sure you save it as .png, you can use MS word and make it transparent. I done this using a free online editor (LunaPic). If you want to get rid of the white dots you can simply use Photoshop maybe even paint and erase it out

 

Did this pretty quick. For the best results, use the pen tool in Photoshop. You can also use the magic wand tool, but it usually leaves an ugly outline.

Pen tool will go a long way for smoothing it out (Look at Swaze's post) A lot of these posts will be anywhere from a few days old to weeks old, i'd check with previous comments to see if the job is still needed before going through the hassle
