I highly suggest this all gets put to an end. Microsoft is starting to halt all illegal activity, and cancel the prizes. A mod might want to think about locking this, it got way too out of hand.

Ive ordered a Vista about a week ago, before they were cancelled.
Im now working on getting a Zune and some headphones and maybe something else. Besides Microsoft makes money everytime an ad is clicked. So theres millions of ads being clicked every day which in turn offsets the cost of the prizes that are being won.

And as for the botting and stuff, no matter what they do to stop it somebody will come up with another bot. Like Flexicon after the update, now you have to enter confirmation letters and numbers before you can play. A simple text reader implemented in a bot would solve it easily. Theres also no way they would pursue and prosacute somebody thats botting on their site simply because it would cost more money to catch that person than it would to just let it go. Id understand if there were sweatshops full of bots making millions of points a day, that would be worth pursuing. Us individual botters have nothing to worry about except maybe not recieving our FREE stuff on time or not getting it at all.

 

Same with me. I am happy with a vista, very happy.
