You supply the following:

1. Armor that is reasonable for where you want me train
2. Food (Fly fish is good enough)
3. A weapon preferred Dragon scimitar if you can use, if not rune scimitar or dragon longsword.

Mage 3GP Per xp (Alchs Depend on Quanity)
Range (2GP per xp)
Mining: 10 GP per ore
Smithing: Free!

Length of the quest does not bother me but the amount of experience does.
We will go by the ratings of the quest by www.runehq.com quest guides.

Easy: 50k

Medium: 100k

Experienced: 200k

Hard: 500k

Master: 1mil

Things you'll need to supply:

Guthans (Not needed at all really but if you want go ahead)
Glory/Power Amulet
Rune/climbing/spiked boots
2 Full Crystal bows or 3k bolt racks and a karils bow or Mage short and 4k rune arrows.
Rune/Dragon/Barrows Gloves
Dragonhide body
Rune full helm
Rune legs
