I have been trying to do my wrongs right but it has been too many accounts that I have ban evaded... and I no longer know what was my intial offence since it was years ago. Can you please link me admin so I can request a propoer pardon ? Thank you

Lokuso is a scammer - Lokuso was banned for scamming 3.5m (in 2011, so price would be different to today's prices)

It seems like you just did A LOT of ban evading and trying to scam people.. There were a lot of reports but no solid evidence came to air. I don't believe after all this time ban evading the only thing you managed to scam was 3.5m back in 2011.
If you want to make a proper pardon/dispute, actually put thought into your accounts and who you've scammed.
