I have 2k cash and looking to start a business with someone trusted i can prove my funds and all but what should i be into selling and who should i trust ?

You cannot ask a question like that here and expect to actually partner up with someone, 90% chance you'll get scammed.
My honest advice to you would be to put that money into a bank or something safe like that just based off of the questions you are asking, how do you expect to start a business in an area you know more or less nothing off (again based off of your questions) I mean you could learn but you cannot just throw money into the machine and hope it will bring returns.

 

No one can tell you what business to start up dude, you need to analyze the market and see where/if you can profit. $2k is a good starting capital but I don't think its necessary for the runescape market. Are you speaking RS blackmarket specific or just an online business in general?
