How to hire an employee from 3rd world country?

Well I live in a 3rd world country and I am fluent in Spanish and English, I live in the EST time zone too so finding people isn't that hard .

 

I'm from a third world country, I have zero experience. That's me. you are going to find the same everywhere, no experience at all. The main difference with me for example, is that i'm very fluent in English. You wont find many people very fluent in English

 

Look at 3rd world countrys RS forums? There's Dutch RS discussion forums, English, Portuguese, it stands to reason theres some for 3rd world countries & China.

If by 3rd world, you mean cheap workers, you can try Fiverr.com. There are several virtual assistant you can hire there to do anything you need them to do for just $5 a day. They may not be your average 3rd world country employee though.

 

I have experience with this and to be honest it's solo work.

Nobody will hold your hand with this, except for those still thinking within the box. Looking at foreign rs and mmorpg virtual good trading sites is nothing more than the foundations to doing this and not the best option.

Practice networking and it makes the whole process easier, but one tip I highly advise you follow is hiring somebody who has no experience with RS. That means they're less likely to scam, see the value, or understand exactly what you're doing, reducing the risk of them voiding partnership and becoming a competitor.

Even learning the basics of a language has huge benefits for negotiating with potential partners overseas. This buts out the 'middleman' agencies who take large third-party cuts.

 

Very carefully... obviously when you look at what you're paying them and what they hold, it's dicey. However you can look into subcontracting with another company. From what I recall, having your own dedicated employee was $400/month [50 hours per week] from China.
