100 Word Thing

I think I would make a good user educator for a few reasons. I am very loyal to sythe and I am on sythe a lot. Also all my guides deal with other things than just computers and programming and other things of that nature. If I become a User Ed, I promise to make useful guides to the sythe community about other things than just computer related guides, which is what sythe needs. Also I feel that my guides are just random, they help people due/ understand things that they might night ever discover. Thank you for considering me.

How to Make cool things from bottles

Materials
old beer bottles on clear and brown glass bottles and/or mini bottles
the bottles caps
scissors
seashells
water
blacklight
hammer
Funnel if your not at all cordinated

Seashell bottle

First get alot of seashells, any kind doesnt really matter.wrap them in a paper towel and place them in a gallon size baggie. Don't zip up the baggie as it will explode. Take your hammer and gently pound on the baggie untill all the shells are broken into little pieces. Place all the broken shells into a bottle (brown bottles look the coolest for this). snap the top back on. (it should snap on if opened it with a bottle opener correctly.

Glowing Bottles
Take a bottle and fill it about 3/4 of water. Then using scissors/hammer carfully break the highligher open. Squeeze all the "juice" out of the highlighter into the bottle. Put the cap on. Put a blacklight behind the bottle. Turn on the blacklight and turn off all other lights. Enjoy it all you hippies.

How to Make a water bong

Materials:
2 liter plastic jug
tinfoil
scissers/lighter
water
short metal pipe, or trumpet mouth piece (uptained at almost any instrament place for like $10
hotglue/ hotglue gun

First strip the coke, pepsi, whatever label from the bottle. Then Cut/ burn a rather small hole 3/4 the way down the bottle
Make sure your piping/trumpet mouth piece fits in snuggly (the more tight the less hot glue you need.
Insert the piping / trumpet mouth piece at in 45 or so degree angle like so.


Then hotglue the pipe/ trumpet mouth piece in the hole, it is VERY important that it is air tight and no air is getting in your bong.

If you used a trumpet mouthpiece skip this step

If you used a pipe not the trumpet mouthpiece cover the top of it with tinfoil and take a mechanical pencil and poke 3 or 4 little holes with the led. This is so the smoke can rise up through the water and reach your mouth.

Now, its all set, place what ever your going to inhale into the the pipe/trumpet mouth piece.
Fill the water bottle half full. Put your mouth over the top of the bottle and suck in while you keep the lit lighter over our substance you want to inhale. Now you have purified what ever you are inhaling for a smoother smoke.

How to: Play Tonk
What is Tonk: A card game played with a standard deck of cards
The Game is very easy to learn and very fun to play.

Items Needed: Standard Deck of Cards, some friends

Basically the point of the game is to lay all your cards down and have none left.

The game needs at least 2 people but is fun tru 4 people
You are dealt 5 cards
then a card is burned(turned face up in a new stack) Stack 1 is all cards face down, stack 2 is cards players do not need
Then player 1 picks up a card off stack stack1, if he needs it to laydown (explained later) he has to throw out another card. If not he places it on stack 2. Then it is the next persons turn to pick up a card from either stack 1 or 2. You can only pick up the top card from either stack. You can only pick up 1 card per turn.


In order to lay down cards they either must be of the same suit and in consecutive order(Must have 3 cards, Ex, 1 2 & 3 of hearts), or have 3 of a kind (ex, three 2's, suit doesn't matter here). When you lay them down just put them down beside you.
If you or anyone else finds a card that would go with your laydown, they may place it on your stack. (Ex. You layed down 1 2 & 3 of hearts, Your friend finds a four of hearts, he can place it on your slayed down cards, then also drop a card on to stack 2)

You can lay down more then three if they go together (Ex, 1 2 3 4 and 5 of hearts, or four 1's)

Their are two ways to win

You can either lay down all your cards, and have none left. Or Count.

Count explanation

Ok, so the game is going on forever, you have 2 ace's (ace's are low) so the numeric value of those cards is 2, because ace's = 1 so 2 aces = 2's

And your friend has 5 cards. If you think you have the lowest numerical value of cards, everytime it is your turn you say 1, if it is the first time, 2 if it is the second, and so on until 4. After you count to 4 the other players have 1 last chance to win/lay down. Ex. You say 4 then everyone gets 1 last turn, then when it comes back to you, everyone has to lay down and who ever has the lowest numeric value of cards win's. There are some rules to this though. If someone hits your layed down cards you have to restart counting. If anyone lays down for their first time you must restart, the times you dont have to restart is when you hit your own layed down cards, you hit someone else's layed down cards, or someone hits someone else's stack of layed down cards.

How to make a bowl (smoking)

Materials Needed:
An empty soda can (hell yah thats it!)

Ok lie the can on its side. Make sure that the drinking hole part is facing up.
Then dent the can in a by putting your finger in the center of the can and put a about an half inch of dent (depth) in the can to make a place to put your tobacco/contraband. Refer to picture


Then pull of the tab by moving it back and forth

Break it in half buy putting it down on a table, put it at a 45 degree angle and use your thumb to apply pressure and snap it in half.


It should look something like this when broken


Throw the little part away.

Now the corner of these things are very sharp so take the corner and press 9 holes into the indention you made earlier by making 3 rows of 3.


Then near the bottom of the can just to the left, (before the can gets reinforced) your going to make a carb. Push the jagged edge of the pop-top into the can and twist until the hole is about half of a dime size in diameter.


Then place in your tobacco/contraband and enjoy.

How to make your own wine

Materials:
Blender and coffe filter or mesh wireing
Grapes 2
liter of sprite
other fruits you would like to add

First Poor out about 1/3 of the sprite.
Then squish up the grapes in a blender.
Next filter out the grape skins with a coffee filter or mesh wireing
Pour the grape juice you just made into the sprite jug.
Screw on the cap and let ferment for 3 weeks.
Next squish up any flavoring you would like to add (recomended) such as orange, peaches, guava or any other fruit you like to soften the hard taste. Then just filter out the everything you dont want with the coffee filter like above.
Im not sure if the wine has any alchohal in it.

 

I was going to do guide two, and I was told that'd leave me for a no, so i'd get rid of the bong and the bowl guides

 

well if they say no, i will just come up with 2 more. no biggie

 

I liked guide one but guide two and four definatly will need to change.

 

First of all make it more colorful.
And second of all change 2, and four.

 

No programing/computer guides isn't good at all.

 

I'd say: Good luck next time, because this isn't a serious application, is it?
