The thread you deleted was not re-created...
However please answer these questions:
1. How did the thread violate any rules?
2. What is the reason behind the "trade with caution" banner?

 

1. I just checked. I deleted two of your threads because you were paying users with vouches. Vouches can't be sold, read the stickies in user services.
2. Your trade with caution was because you were asking for people to train on your account, but you were training accounts too.
