1. Finish tut.
2. Get iron weps and iron armor
3. get 10 str(monks)
4. get 10 attack (monks)
5. get 20 str(stronghold)
6. get 20 attack(stronghold)
7. get 30 str(stronghold)
8. get 30 attack(stronghold)
9. get 40 str(stronghold)
10. get 40 attack(stronghold)
11. get 55 strength (stronghold)
12. from 55 train in the stronghold (Flesh Crawlers) until 65 or so
13. Train at moss giants in wildy
14. at 70 strength i highly suggest at least enough prayer to protect item
