DarkestDream owes me money

@Darkest Dream was suppose to get me div xp. (1/2 of 4,796,965) which was my current xp to 95
i ordered half thinking if i liked his work id buy the other half.

he went from 3,974,593 xp
got to 4,525,188 xp

so he got 550,595 xp in total,
out of the 2,398,482 that i paid for.

so he finished 22.95% of my order and hes had my acc for like 4 times the
time of what he quoted for a full order and i only ordered half.

now that i asked for a refund he has avoided me entirely :S

not saying he's a scammer cuz he has been a good bussiness man in our other transactions but he is avoiding paying me money.

I paid him 60 dollers USD through paypal. he finished 22.95% of my order. so you decide what he owes me lol idc tbh.

I didnt wanna make a report but i feel like he may just keep ignoring me, i get that he's a busy guy but so am i, and im even
more annoyed now that i have to take my evening to organize this stupid report instead of relaxing after a 14 hour work day.....

anywase he can pay me back in paypal or osrs gp at whatever average seller rate is as i been meaning to buy more anywase.
hell if he's hard up ill take miniranks roughly to what he owes me lol.

ALSO my bad but as our convo states i agreed on 2.1m xp not the 2.398m xp which would have been the half order so my math is off, he completed a bit more than the 22% i stated.

DarkestDream's Skype got hacked recently, which is probably why he hasn't been in contact with you within the last week or so (doesn't excuse any time before then though.)

I will try and get in contact with him for you, I'm sure he has no intent on scamming you.

I got too busy to complete any skilling orders, and refunded a couple people. Drimble seemed fine waiting but my availability never happened and he got overlooked.

Anywase I know darkest dream wasn't gunna scam and that I'd be paid back eventually lol its just a pain cuz I wouldve forgotten about it eventually lol so figured I shud deal with it.
