need help getting my account back slay4maryj

I doubt this counts for anything, but I am still trying constantly to get an appeal to go through but some days, they are denied within moments of sending it and other days it will take 20-30 minutes but still gets denied, and I have entered ANY bits of information about the account, yet again it still gets denied...but I am still trying.

 

This is because ur IP adress is not same provider/location as the IP adress of the account creation.
Thats why Jagex recovery systems auto deny if ur location is too far or have a new provider.

 

Roids location is in a different country as mine, and Yes I have a new provider now than I did when I created the account.

You asked if I was going to refund if I wasn't able to get the account recovered within the time span given to me and I did say No I wasn't going to refund but I also said I was going to continue trying to get it recovered back for you, which then you just said something along the lines of "lol its been a few days, so i don't see it happening". The only reason I am not willing to fully refund is because the information I gave to you about the account cannot be taken back, I can't ungive you the pictures of the papers with agreement numbers and times that memberships were created and with what visa cards.
Another reason I don't want to refund is because for some odd reason hours after you had the account you were asking if I could give you a refund, and ever since you have been trying to get a refund from me for some reason, I'm not sure if you sold it on another website or if you did anything at all. I just find it very strange that hours after you receive the account you had changed your mind and requested a refund and when I didn't you had threatened to open a dispute then, and this was probably 2-3 weeks before you opened this dispute and claimed that your 2 accounts were stolen from your email. You have asked for a refund multiple times before this case was even brought up and honestly this seems like a way just to get your refund pushed through. Which you are correct I am not willing to give a GP refund because you have those screenshots of account information, but I am still trying each day by sending in requests.

 

Yh i wanted a refund because i thought the recovery test would work, obviously you are not the oo it failed for me and your self. when selling an account your always able to recover as the oo if you read 'guide on selling accounts'. For all i know you could have bought this offsite and miss sold an account dont acuse me of something you have no proof when you could have done the same.

 

You can say I'm not original owner all you want, but I am, I am sorry that the recoveries aren't working, I told you that I created them back in 2008 and I had a hard time remembering what I put as the answers because the answers were random items sitting around me at the time.

 

DNT has been requested.
If this goes on much longer a ban will then be issued.

I was finally able to get an accepted recovery request and have sent the password to @r01dz via skype. Since it made the email I used in the recovery process the new registered, I will have to accept it request to change it whenever he sends it, I will do that as soon as I am able to get on tomorrow, it is currently 6:44 am here and I have yet to sleep.
