jagex staff:high, or just retarded?

ok so i went on this junky pure i have with like 30 37 1 and 22 mage and put an auto talking saying this totally gross stuff and asking ppl where they lived and doing the jig (lol) in lumby. i got pmed by TONS of ppl saying reported and LOTS of ppl followed me around saying stuff to me. i figured i would get banned..1 week later, no black marks and no messages from jagex. now i got a main and he has 8.6 black marks for not even really doing much. ffs i was telling ppl i had my weiner stuck in their sisters vagina...god..

i even asked some kid for his full name and stuff for a free car then i told him a web site to go to..still no black marks?

anyone else have stuff to say on this topic?

 

You'll be banned sooner or later, don't worry about it.

Jagex has to shift through TONS of reports. They just haven't came upon yours yet.

Asking for name and where people live is NOT against jagex rules. Asking for person details does not apply for that. I had this confirmed by a mod 6 months ago.

Heck, people get blackmarks FOR reporting other people... I mean, someone said "my puc3 is wet". I reported him and IIIIIIIIII got a black mark for it?!@?!?@#
