Kingdom Management Questions

I need some help with managing my miscellania kingdom for profit, It would be cool if people could help me .

Firstly, what tasks should I put my 15 workers to for maximum profit? I hear full flax and half maples is a good combo, but more opinions would be awesome.

Next, should I keep my approval rating to 100% every day to or is it OK just to be 97-99% approved?

And how often should I collect my gathered resources and deposit more money in for the full 1.35m?

Full Flax, half maple.

 

Isn't this method really unreliable as flax prices and maple prices have dropped significantly ever since this method beame well-known. I'm not sure if you even make a profit
