A person that is banned, would like to know why.

Alright, yahtzee is for some reason banned.
I did an account trade with him. The trade was the account "Amp", a 3letter rsn for 3M. The MM verified the information, everything went smooth. He told me he would pay me an extra 500k if in 14 days when the recovs set, and everything would be good. He did not pay me the 500k on the day nor the days after, he said he would. So, I searched his username posts, and I found his aim so I could contact him. As I talk to him, he explains that he was gone for the fourth of july week at a family cabin. He paid me my 500k, whether this has any relevance to his ban I do not know. All I know is that he apologized for forgetting about my money and he paid me immediately, I can provide screenshots.

So, if that isn't the reason he is banned, can someone tell him? The reason explained when he logs in is this;
"You have been banned for the following reason:
Lolololol
Date the ban will be lifted: Never"
I am not in the middle of this but if he is considered a scammer or the sort, I firmly don't believe he scammed anybody, but please correct me if I am wrong.

EDIT: after digging through his posts I found that he vouched that mindfreak guy. I noticed the other guy that vouched him was banned aswell. Anyway, I looked in the dispute forum and I found out the other guy was banned for vouching mindfreak aka The Josiah? Anway, I figured he's banned for that and I told him so.
