So, Basically long story short, Since my return to college my time has been consumed, I haven't had very many proper applications because I think people consider my site not a "gold giant", to help encourage applicants of a higher quality, I've decided to change from commission to a set hourly rate, this will be the first time in my history I've tried out hourly pay, I'm not sure how it will go but frankly, for whatever reason people don't like working or applying for my site @ 50% commission when that 50% is literally a consistent $7-$11/hour for my current 2 workers over a 1+ month period, the #1 thing I keep hearing is "I'd be interested if it was a set wage" from potential applicants, so I guess if people want guaranteed money but less of it, that's acceptable.

How do I determine how much I make?($5-$8/hour for new workers STARTING OUT)!

This will be determined by me based off trust, amount of training needed, what kind of customer experience u have, etc. New agents start at the lower tier of payment, I also have several systems to help my workers make money in place, the more seniority u have = the more u'll make.

What will I need to do?

-Deliver RSGP/RSPS gold/Rent mains/Buy & selling csgo skins/keys/ rs07 bonds
-Take proper screenshots of trades/record as needed
-Customer support(zopim)
-Work a minimum shift of 6 hours, must have 20 hours each week to be considered part time
-Perform pre established anti fraud that u will be taught

What are the requirements?

-$300-$500 deposit unless u have a highly trusted reputation here on sythe or elsewhere(Amount needed determined by online reputation/trust)
-You do not have scam reports
-You must be able to work 20 hrs/week, 6 hrs per shift minimum(up to 8)
-You understand the RSPS market(Difficult to teach, this can be taught if the right HQ applicant applies and doesn't know them).
