p.s. I heard refunds are applicable to these type of scams? never knew I could be refunded for this type of thing..?

 

Why are all the skype pictures and your threatening to report him so old? Did you just decide to report the individual now, or was the account recently recovered?

 

Well first off,

It has been a while sense I actually started playing osrs again over the summer; so I had no need for a refund (payment was in OSRSGP) because I wasn't playing. But now having started over on RS I've been that broke player grinding for $ with green dragons etc., that I thought I might be entitled to a refund - also this was confirmed by @Chloe that if I was indeed scammed and he doesn't refund me, I could receive partial payments from other scam victim's pardons.

Second, the reason I chose not to make a scam report was because I rage quit runescape/sythe/xbox after that due to it making me so mad (nerd rage? but who wouldn't rage after being scammed for over 100m!?). Anyways I needed to focus on my job and college classes etc... Which is why I never made a scammer report (I also thought the money was gone, until my rs friend told me that I was able to make a report and possibly win the case, at which point I contacted chloe via skype asking if it was true. Your Sythe activity shows you active in the early summer (July) involved in plenty of OSRS things? It is nearly 2 months later and now you need GP? I don't understand why you would wait nearly 5 months to make a RAS, definitely if you got active again 2+ months ago.

Anyway, do you have some confirmation that you're indeed communicating with boredforever? A PM skype confirmation, etc.
