DMM is honestly probably the best PVP Runescape has ever had.

It's actually organically growing the player base. You should try it out. There's actual risk and adrenaline associated with it. I thought i'd be pure shit but it's pretty addicting.

 

I died with 20 agility and never logged back in.

 

Or just play League of Legends. The epicenter of autism and toxicity.
