jayke1 hacked/scammed me 30m OSRS

I know I am not following the usual format for scam reports, however I feel as if my situation is unique as my skype has been hacked while this happened.

-jayke1 added me on skype and asked to purchase 30m osrs for $31.50 BTC
-I eventually agreed in using Extremez as a middleman for us, and we went forward with the trade.
-I traded Extremez 30m osrs and confirmed it in chat, and then right then as I was pulling up my btc information I get signed out of my skype and am unable to log back in.
-The scammer who took a hold of my account right then went into the chat and sent their own BTC address (said he would do it in private chat for security reasons)
-The scammer then messaged into the groupchat with the MM in it saying that it was my original intention to scam
-Money was sent to the BTC address (I don't think it was ever sent to jayke1 privately or at all)
-30m osrs was given to jayke1 since the scammer "confirmed" that he received the money

I don't have the skype logs since I don't have access to my skype account

How I know jayke1 is the hacker/scammer?
He could possibly be working with someone, but the only people who knew about the trade/confirmation EXACTLY at the right time was me, extremez, and him. And the only person who could benefit from the scam was jayke1. He also did not release his skype, but it was jonathan.bood
