Best Way to Unlock an Acc?

I have a 107 Locked with about 240m Items on him. Anyone have any good advice which would help unlock him?

Go and put in ur ip
old recoverys tell them that u forgot ur password so thoughtu where hacked and would appreciate if they unlocked u
