You banned Sparq!!

I have just discovered that I have been banned for posting a link to a site that contained warez. Although if you had a look at that link I posted you will realise that the site contains no warez or is releated to warez what-so-ever. What that site contained was torrents. Torrents are not warez at all. So you will find that....
A) I was not involved in posting direct downloads to Warez
B) I was not involved in posting links of websites related to Warez

Infact if you look on the thread on which I posted the link you will realise that what the poster above was trying to sell was windows vista. Windows vista is boxed and can be bought from most computer stores. Therefore it is a real life item. Yet somehow his post was COMPLETLY ignored and he is allowed to continue to sell his real life item ban free!

 

Isohunt.com doesn't actually host any warez, so I'll give you a 3 day ban instead. You didn't technically break any rules, but you were clearly intending to point him in the direction of an illegal vista copy.
