One years deadlift progress, 210kg 1rm.

    One years deadlift progress, 210kg 1rm.



    One year of deadlifts/gym progress, 210kg 1rm and failing 220kg at 76kg bodyweight.
    I defs feel like I will hit it within the next couple sessions, making it my first elite level lift.





    Trained for 8 months, stopped for 2, started again last month.
    Bench + Squats at poverty levels (90kg bench, 145kg squat).
