Personally I strongly dislike slipknot...
thier "Nu Metal" trend has enable many other bands like them to explode all over the metal scene...
hatebreed, disturbed, drowning pool ect...
It's either black metal for me or nothing..

Yeah bands like that can ruin good Death/Black metal band names. People think Mayhem, Burzum = Slipknot.

I like most of their older songs. Not thier new junk.

 

The new stuff pretty much sucks. The old stuff is always good.

 

i hate almsot all their stuff lol... they are basically reatarded screaming dirty guys, maybe if they made some sense and dressed a bit beter i'd like them.

 

Slip-know are an awesome band.

slipknot are pretty good, they go a bit over the top sometimes though

 

I don't listen to wannabe metal bands, so no. In fact, i despise Slipknot for being such a shitty band.

Meh, they have a few decent songs, Wait And Bleed, Pulse Of The Maggots and a few others. But in general I don't like them. I think they are kind of hardcore posers. Kind of like someone who wears skating things but doesn't skate? I prefer bands like Underoath and Senses Fail.

 

Yeh they kinda suck except for the Drummer (Joey Jordison) i think hes ok.

If you are smart you will listen to Jazz Metal, like Death or Cynic. They are all the jazz skill + more skill.
