Try getting enough sleep and I am pretty sure that if you change your eating habbits, ie: incorporating more fibrous and healthy food, you'll be able to feel more energetic.
Also try to go for a jog or something, that might help in making you feel happy and more willing to do things.

I'm the same. I think it's fairly normal if you're also in your twenties. Around 3-4 pm I often feel like taking a nap, or I do. Actually right now I'm considering a nap, tired af.

    UPDATE: Took my nap, worth.

Try eating leaner meats and alot of vegetables/fruits and water. Like you said the increase in cardio may help as well.

Do you get enough iron in your diet?

Just depends on what you like/where you're at/what you're allergic to, etc. Fruits and vegetables are good sources of carbs(fruits, mostly), as well as tons of nutrients. Nuts and similar things are good fats, plus they have good amounts of nutrients their selves. I myself take a protein supplement because I wouldn't get enough from just foods, though I also eat protein bars and shit. It can get a bit expensive but I shop at Whole Foods which is crazy expensive, so places like walmart/farmers markets/etc can kind of alleviate that hefty price.

Plus, fast food is just as expensive in many cases, definitely when you couple the price with how shitty it is for your body. I'll tell you this; I rarely eat out. I personally eat mostly raw foods, mostly prepared at home, and I feel awesome compared to how I would constantly feel not worrying about my diet.

Try taking naps/power naps whenever you feel tired. They do help.

How old are you? If you're not fully developed/grown as a human being, 6 hours for many nights in a row will not be enough
