[Buying] Steam Account/Game [Trusted] Btc/PP

Hey, so I'm just going to say I've never had a steam before but intend to buy one because I'm looking to play any of the Call of Duty games online. If this is anything like xbox, I'm assuming you can (license transfer) games that you purchased by using the account.

My question is if people "gift" a game is it cheaper because they are sending a game they bought previously?
What is risk of buying an account?
Can I change the email with it to become mine if I buy an account with the game on it I want.

Sorry I'm new to this but If you have an account with any of call of duty titles on it or want to just sell the game itself by "gifting" or whatever that would be great. I've very serious about this and will go first to any trusted Sythe Member. I'm going to be paying with Paypal or Bitcoin.

Buying a steam account is not safe, they can recover it anytime.
4 times a year there is steam sales, so people buy games for cheap as a 'gift' and keep it in their inventorys to trade them for skins or sell them for $.

I guess you are after the game it self? if so you can buy it from G2A as a gift for a bit cheaper or go on csgolongue and look for people selling the game you want for other skins and you can trade with them.

@Boney your best option if your only wanting COD games is to buy steam keys from g2a.com (they will be cheaper than steam most of the time) accounts get recovered really easy on steam.

 

Just curious what would a "steam key" do? Is that similar to a gift card? I thought keys were for the csgo games or something.

You buy a key for a game from a site like g2a and basically that key unlocks the game for you. G2a usually sell games alot less than the steam market

If it's only cod games your wanting thats probably the best thing to do

I've used steam all my life... Be very careful. Valve will always side with the orginal owner, kinda like how pp is fucked up
