I personally think it would be weird to give feedback on applicant denials. What can you say that isn't cliche and common knowledge?

"Don't get banned.
Stay/be more active."

How can you call this feedback?

It has bulletin points, that's not feedback that's a list. Most of which are in the Spam Forum or Discord or complete bullshit. But since you don't give actual feedback the applicant will never know what you are referring to, or what you are poking at. The site is making strives at changing and reviving; if everyone received a bunch of bulletin points how likely do you think they are to work on anything without specifics or even offered the time to go over it beyond 3-4 words?

I remember being told my attitude prior to being promoted was the reason for not being promoted earlier. I believe there is a time and place for everything. I act differently when I'm in and outside of my workplace.

Exactly. But look at the children that are running the place. @Shin fits three of those four bullet points but he's an admin for some reason. The whole this is just a sham and I was absolutely right that it wouldn't be anything different.
