Buying F2p Ranger!!!

Hey there guys, looking for either a pure ranger, it can have had members but it must be totally and completely out of members, with either 1-10 def or 40 def, not in between, must be 70+ range, with a cool name, thanks. I have up to 35m to spend.


If it has 40 defense it MUST have d slayer done, and no higher than 40 def.

For me to spend 35m-

40 attack
99 strength
40 defense
99 hp
99 range
99 mage
1 prayer
