I did not break any part of that rule. There was NO direct download, and NO link to the website.

 

If it doesn't have to do with ban evading/scamming then whatever happens on MSN is fine, in my opinion. As far as warez, pass crackers, etc. If someone PM's me saying, "0mg i pai u 50m fi u mak mi pass cracker scrip" then I would probably have them banned.

That's just my opinion, I'm not sure what the actual rules are for those sorts of things.

And they do deserve to be banned because that's what this new rule will enforce. People will not be allowed to encourage others to break a rule. It will more than likely be a warning for a first offence, but seriously, when you sign up you agree to the rules and regulations. Duh.

You are stating that I broke a rule, which is what mods do. Just because I can find ways out of them, doesn't mean I can't find ways to get others in them.

And it's not a matter of whether I agree or not, it's a matter of right and wrong. I was not infracted for it, because it was not wrong. It was edited because he felt it was wrong, and TBH, it wasn't worth arguing over.
