da1bomb15 Charges Back $820 USD.

Ok I sold da1bomb15 280M and hes trying to charge back his cash on paypal. I sold him these mills 2 weeks ago and he did file a dispute and closed for both. However right now it seems as tho hes trying to chargeback his money and here is picture proof.

First trade for 100M was 2.90ea so he paid $290 USD and now here is him charging back.

Ok so I'm unsure on if he can get the money back if hes already filed a dispute and closed. Its been around 2 weeks now since this transaction was made so any help possible would be highly appreciated.

hmm i wouldn't expect him to do this. I've bought from his a couple of times and he seemed legit. If your unable to resolve this in a few days i can release his RL info to you. I have his mailing address as well as phone number so hopefully you can get something done about this if he wont return the money to your account.

Yeah thats the thing I wish I did. This was the 3rd time I've actually sold something and he seemed pretty legit from all his background history as fire ant said. The trade method was to hold 100M and die with it to one of the fally guards @ castle on the 2nd or 3rd floor I think? I went first and he sent money and did all the things people should so I figured a chargeback wouldn't be a problem. I'll be more precautious next time.

As Fireant said, da1bomb15 is a very nice guy, who was legit in just about every way. It seems as if the dispute is CREDIT-CARD related, and he did mention to me a little while ago that his credit card company was hassling him about some payments he made.

One thing that does strike me as rather abnormal is that he was paying 2.90 USD per mil. This is quite odd to me, because he regularly sold me gold for as low as 2.0-2.05 per Mil. Anyways, I'll try and get in touch with him shortly.

 

Yeh thx rspleasent, I have no clue wot people buy/sell so I just sold it to him for wot prices I saw the mills were being sold at at the time which was around $2.50-$4 USD. Anything that helps solve this issue.

and call him every now and again, to annoy him...

always make sure they open a dispute then close it, before giving the mils then they cant open another one up meanign scam free

 

It was a credit card chargeback so that wouldn't do anything to stop him if he really was trying to scam.

My paypal has been closed 3 days before this transaction took place. And theres no way in hell i would pay $2.9e.

MY paypal name on my closed account is not business's unanmios thats not even a word.

My paypal account was closed on June 21st after completing some transactions with R2P and Fire Ant.

You as well as r2pleasent know i'm not a scammer.

But i will not allow people to bug me for some reason they think i have wronged them.

If i was hacked somehow i think i would know it. but still its possible. If you show valid proof i may choose to refund you somehow. but posting fake bull crap here is not going to work.

I've talked to da1bomb15, this looks like total BS. He closed the acct before this payment was even made, plus his name on the Paypal acct is NOT "Business unamious". Please show proof of the MSN convo, and the trade in-game and repost in Report A Scammer if you wish to pursue this.

 

I was going to help him out if it turned out you did really try to scam him. I would not give out your personal information with the proof that was given here. But since it looks like it was some kind of attempt to frame you i wont be doing any of that.

 

If this were BS, then I just went over my private messages and here is some more of the SAME DAY of the TRANSFER. We spoke on MSN and thats where we did our discussions.

EDIT:What is pretexting? I just went and read that now and I knew it was possible but its too confusing for me sorry. Only just turned 18 here and I do have a life rather then just on these forums being accused of a scamer like you are currently doing and it seems like you are getting away with it. I know in the end if things don't work out in the favor of the good, that in the end God knows whats best and he will decide our fates so what ever the out come is. I ain't worried.

Are you saying all my facts here aren't enough for proof? Why wouldn't you take all this as proof of you scamming me? If you've seen all my other topics and posts you would notice I don't scam or have ever tried. Maybe you think that you have all these vouches which make you untouchable or something? I'm gonna keep trying to fix this issue even if your not cooperating with me at all since this topic has been started. All you've done since your first post was go on the defensive stance instead of trying to solve it.

I don't see the point of taking my time off work to be on this website trying to fix this issue that you created in the first place.

 

This is actually turning out to be a serious issue. Da1bomb15 did post on pro's thread on June 24th, offering to buy 200M. He also PMed him on Sythe. I'm gonna move this thread to the Dispute forums.
