    Anyone got a sixpack?

    I've always wanted one and now I just turned 16 I guess now could be a good time to try. Has anyone else got one, did it take long? I'm not fat but I have a pretty good layer on my abs so I'm gunna lose that first, once I've lost some weight and tightened the skin I'll start doing ab exercises like crunches etc.

    If you have any tips can you give me some, or If you want to try too you could use this is thread as a jorunal etc.

    If you have one, how old are you, how long did it take and is it easy to maintain?

    Anyone got a sixpack?

    I almost got a six pack it took me about 3 months to get...
    I train about 15-30 mins every day most of the time just sit ups and sometimes
    Hanging Knee Raise im not sure how it is called but i found a picture on the internet its somehting like this

    I also do this...

    The vertical leg crunch is another effective move for the rectus abdominis and the obliques. To do it right:

    vertical leg crunch
    1. Lie face up on the floor and extend the legs straight up with knees crossed.
    2. Contract the abs to lift the shoulder blades off the floor, as though reaching your chest towards your feet.
    3. Keep the legs in a fixed position and imagine bringing your belly button towards your spine at the top of the movement.
    4. Lower and repeat for 12-16 reps.

    Anyone got a sixpack?

    I'm 14, I have one.
    Mainly it is because I have the ab-lounge, it's really really good.
    I do 200 crunches in one sitting at a time with it [ it isn't like floor crunches, so don't think I'm a steroid god or something :p ].

    i got an 8 pac and im 15,

    its not rele hard... every night i do at least 100 cross crunches, if you cant do 100 then do as many as you can. when you start to feal it burning keep going because thats the musils "riping" which is what causes a 6 pac, so if you get to 30 crunches and it starts to burn go for 50 or 60. i got up to doing 200 a night right before i go to bed, you can feel it tighten when u stop and get up but it dosent take long i think i got a 6 pac in 3 weeks then kept working out and ended up with an 8pac. once you get it its very easey to keep at least it is for me u can probaly get by with 20 to 50 crunches a night too keep it somtimes i dont do crunches for like a week or 2

    lol im 13 and i have a six pack and almost eight pack. just go to the gym every week and at home , everyday, do like 2x: crunches till it hurts, wide pushups, crunches, thin pushups (dunno what its called in english, im dutch) , crunches, and then do some side cruches on both sides and at last do some pullups till you can't do it anymore. you'll get a six pack in about a month it's quite easy.

    eeyore you got it right its the same thing in english 6pacs realy arent that hard to do and if you had a week with notheing to do if you would do like 50-60 cross crunches a and take a 5 min break then do that over and over every day for one week you would probaly have a ripped 6 pac

    I'm do I'm 13. I lift weights everyday, do sit-ups, ab-stretches, push-ups and run everyday.

    Anyone got a sixpack?

    I have one, but I didn't do crunches or anything. Its just from running everyday at lacrosse. We run about 2-3 miles every practice and that helped me loose fat in that area. Everyone has an 8 pack its just if it is visible or not. I guess when I workout I do some crunches that could help tone it. But mostly just run alot, get goals. Doing crunches is only going to tome your abs but if you still have the fat it wont matter.

    im 15 i used to do kunfu why i get 8 pac so easy evry day i do 60 six inches,100 crunches,and 2 hundred of other stomac exercises i learned in class

    Yo, i'm 12, and i got a sixpack, lol, i didnt even mean to get one, all i did was 200 sit ups in the morning and in afternoon hehe, it took me about 1 month to get it though :D

    Thanks for the help, I'm expecting this thread to attract nothing but 12-13 yr old's saying they have one, thank's for actually giving good advice and the others too.

    it doesn't just take all that though you also need to run... running helps with your abs and burns the fat your have... most these people i don't believe have a 6 pack but oh well.

    a 1 mile run or just running up a hill 5 times is a great way to burn the fat off so you keep you six pack without looking fat.

    i had one like 10 months ago then i moved and stop becoming active with my body as much so now i lost it.. =/

    I have a six pack naturally. I do nothing, i eat a lot, i sit on a couch all day, and i drink a lot of soda. It just wont go away and i cant get fat lol. I think its cause i drink so much red bull :D

    Also im not 12 or 13 or 14 im 19 :)

    well I got some but its better to start easy, lose some weight first by running, not drinking pop... and so on... I am probelly gonna make a guide for six pack lol
