    Cheap Orbs
    creating orbs with back grounds, blurs, lens flare and other neat features. cheap but not free. check out the samples... (the reason it is so bright on the outside is because of the coloring near the avatar)

    Sorry But Yes These Are Orbs But A Simple Ms Paint Job ^^ Id Offer Them Free :D
    Also They A Bit Big Try Reducing Size to 90x90
