How To Be Verified On PayPal?

I need help with paypal, I am a little new to this, so here are my questions.

Can you buy stuff off the internet even though your unverified? Or do you need to be verified to be able to buy?
Ex. Like buying runescape membership using paypal.

If you have to be verified is there a way you can be verified? without using your own credit card or bank account?

Yes you need to be verified to spend money, best way is to buy a debit card to activate it. They'll only take away around $1-2.

 

Well what if you got money on your paypal account cant you still spend it? or still have to be verified?

 

To spend it you dont have to be verified, to put money onto it from a CC you do.

As far as i know, to verify it is a long-ish process.

You can transfer money without being verified, but for real life buying items, and putting money on a CC, you HAVE to be verified.

You don't need to be for RuneScape stuff.
