First off, we will learn to meditate. This was from one of my previous applications, and I feel that it is something to learn.-
This isn't for all people.
This is not an easy task for everybody, and I know it's extremely hard for me. I think I've accomplished a complete state of Meditation once. And that was just a stroke of luck. Anyway, I made this to have users post their different methods of reaching a complete state of Meditation. REMEMBER, THOUGH!! No one will be able to achive this on their first try. It takes practice.. So don't be discouraged if you don't do it on the first try.
Go into a dark, quiet room, with a candle. If you want, put a pillow on the ground near a wall and one against the wall. Sit on the one on the floor and lean against the one on the wall. (You could also lay down flat on your back, but I don't recommend it if you normally sleep on your back--you may fall asleep trying to Meditate.) Put the candle on something and light it. Make sure the flame is eye level. Concentrate on the flame and try to blink as little as possible. This is where the methods seperate, so I will seperate them here.
1. Counting:
This one seems the easiest one to me, one because I've yet to try it and two it's gotten a lot of positive feedback.
While focusing all your attention on the flame, start counting back from 100 to 0. Count "one thousand" to keep a steady pace. Inhale on the number, exhale on the "one thousand" (i.e. "100" (inhale) "one thousand..." (exhale) "99..." (inhale) "one thousand..." (exhale) "98..." (inhale) "one thousand..." (exhale) "97..." (inhale) "one thousand..." (exhale), etc, etc.)
2. Taking out the Trash
This one seemed a little harder, because it requires you to focus on whatever may pop up in your head when you're trying to meditate and it consumes a lot of time. (I easily get distracted by the thoughts and I have a short attention span).
While focusing on the flame, you sort through your thoughts. You look at them and evaluate them, taking as much time as needed. While you're evaluating the thought, you box it up and place it into a mental box. You do this with each thought until the box is full, then you make the box disappear, taking with it, your thoughts. You continue to do this until your mind in blank.
3. Waves
This one is just as hard. It's basically the same thing, except you're not 'boxing' them.
While focusing on the flame, let whatever thought you have completely consume your mind. Evaluate every aspect of it, and when you're done, simply let it wash out of your mind... like waves on a beach. Do this continuously until each thought is gone, leaving your mind blank. I found this hard because, like the ocean, the waves wash right back up on shore. A practiced individual has the power to make the waves stay out of their head, so it isn't a problem for them.

Moving on. Have you ever downloaded a virus that completely messed up your computer, and yet, you could not delete it? System restore can fix that.

First of all: Open your start menu, go to all programs, accessories, System tools, then system restore.


Secondly: Click on 'Restore my computer to an earlier time' and click 'Next'



Third: Chose the date that you would like to go back to- Probably the day BEFORE you got the virus or downloaded the unwanted programs. Click next

Step four
Make sure you are ready, and click next.

Ever wanted to kill then ressurect something
Note: This doesn't work with everything
Well. This is something my mom showed my just today, what you do is..
1. Catch a fly in some sort of container that it cannot get out of
2. Put it in the freezer, you have to be careful though, too long and it wont work, too short and it wont freeze.
3After you decide its been long enough, take it out and put it in the sun, or somewhere it can thaw out. What was once dead is now alive.
Here is something that I myself learned recently..
We have all seen them, the peoples signatures with pictures saying ' Click me for a middle man' and the picture links you to their thread. Ever wondered how to do this?Well, here you go.
First
Open up 'Quick links' then click' Edit my signature'

Second
Put in the text/picture you want, then highlight it.

Third
Click the 'Insert link' button, and then put in the link you want the picture/text to redirect people who click it to.

Ever been caught with something embarrassing in your recycling bin? well, ready this..
It's happened to us all, or most of us anyway, having something in your recycling bin on your desktop that is embarrasing, or just doesn't belong there. There is a way to delete things without sending them to the recycling bin however.

First Highlight whatever you want deleted.


Then, simply hold Shift and hit delete.

I'll start first off by telling you that I am not the smartest person, but I am very wise.A wise man knows what he needs to know, and shares his knowledge with others. I want to share my vast collection of knowledge.
Another thing about me;I am good with my words, I can make things that some people can't understand into perfectly understandable language. Something you want to know about that I haven't posted? I will figure out how to do it! Me and my buddys are just looking for stuff to do.

That is all I can say, And hopefully you will accept me, because I look forward to sharing my knowledge with all of the users of sythe.org

It seems like the system restore, and the edit your signature guides were made because you had no more ideas for guides.

 

Actually,I made those guides because i have seen these same questions asked before, so I figured why not try and help them out so they can stop posting about it?
