It will not be perfect i agree, but if it is made well it could be fairly accurate.

xptodesiredlevel ÷ averagehit x .6 = arrowsneeded

Even this isnt 100% accurate, but it is as best it can get. The xp to desired level can be found by subtracting current xp from desired xp using this table. Your average hit depends on your level, and is usually above half your max hit. The .6 at the end also depends on your level and this is how many arrows are reused.

So use this formula and don't buy a lame calculator!

 

How are you supposed to get the average hit? by the time you get a large enough sample to get an average your lvl will have changed and the amount of arrows aswell... also different monsters have higher defence and you hit less often.

 

1 level will not affect your average hit by much, maybe .04. also, its not going to be perfect.
