1). Make your self a paypal account, unless you already got 1. If not your going to either steal your parents cc number, or sign up for the paypal card.After your done with all this go to STEP 2

Once you are on the website, click on the big button on the top row that says: "REGISTER". Use your real name, and the email address you have associated with your PayPal* account. Makeup a cool gangster name, and then choose the password of which you desire. Read the Terms and Conditions, and then check the box and click SUBMIT. MOVE ON TO STEP 3.

3). You now have your account! Go back to the main page by clicking the big button that reads: "HOME", and then favorite the website. 5). The way you earn cash is simply this. Click on the link, and you'll get a huge list of internet offers available for you to do. Each one has an instruction (what you need to do to earn the money), and a value (how much you get for completing the instructions), with a little blue link that reads: "Mark as complete" after it.
Simply click on the big link, do what the instructions say, and once finished, close the new window and click "Mark as complete" and it will go into your Pending Offer section. When the offer registers, it will be moved to your Approved Offer Page and you will get paid.
