Buying 50-60 Rune Scimmy Pure!!

Hi, I'm buying a 50-60 rune scimmy pure. For those of you who don't know, 40 attack, 1 def, and 1 everything else. And obviously a high str.

Looking for a combat level between 50 to 60. I might take below 70..just post stats.

We will use an official MM or 50/50. I'm new here so I don't know how MM's work, so please be patient with me

EDIT: found an MM and she explained what an MM is..thanks if you don't trust her, we'll find another one..but she seems pretty good.
