JMODS

Several PMOD accounts have been sold on sythe. I know one user who owned 2-3 at one point. Sythe also has a few prominent members who were/are mods. I remember during the dicing days buying mod accounts were all the rage. They'd either buy pmod accounts or pay pmods to mute opposing dicing clans. I've listened to a bunch of old hosts talk about it.

 

Can confirm this being a host in an old friends chat back then, it was around 10-20M/Hour for the pmod.

I've also be under the assumption Jagex obviously knows of the sites existence, and the big hand it plays as being the biggest black market for RS related things. I've always had a wild guess someone from the staff team would surf the website and check what's up.

 

Of course they know about this site, and they do visit. Jagex isn't stupid dude, its not like they'd turn a blind eye to people selling their own currency for profit.

As for them being on the website and being sued, I doubt it. They're doing nothing illegal, and breaking a websites rules isn't something you can bring to court (Oh shit bro, I'm a jagex employee on a website that specifically says "no jagex employees allowed". I might get sued). See how stupid that sounds? You're breaking no government law.

As much as jagex hate to admit it. A black market isnt such a bad thing for them. And whats more is, they know it.

 

Several mods over the years have had sythe accounts. If I remember correctly it was a mod named something Wrecked. His sythe and powerbot account emails were released. it showed him purchasing scripts etc. I also know another mode was caught purchasing the name joke or joker from sythe a long time ago.

 

yeah she got banned a couple weeks ago for rwt or luring I think, her rsn was Joke

 

Wouldn't be surprised if they took back handers off of the bigger RWT's to turn a blind eye. As stated previously, their mods are as corrupt as anyone.

 

Didn't one of the osrs jmods get fired for rwt ? Saw his Instagram where he posted a picture of a brand new audi(waste of money)
