Graphic Showcase

Wow you have some really nice work there, although the top one scared me, but also reminded me of Doctor Who.

can I have some creative criticism please

 

I'm not going to drown you in artificial praise like your average joe. What you read might be construed as rude/harsh but I am by no means intending to degrade you or your work. I am simply trying to help you improve.​

Difficult to really critique the first few works as most of it is just white pen tooled lines shadowed over a background. It all needs more of a composition. Start off with just a radial b/w gradiant bg then add render>fx>etc.

The logos themselves aren't bad however the textures don't fit and the whole look isn't easy on the eyes. Turn up the brightness, use vibrant colours and create some contrast. You want them to blend but not be part of the bg ideally.

For the rest, it looks very bland. Use brighter colours for the text so it jumps out from the background.

For the 'serratone' text: I like the concept of the first text though try connecting some of the letters and make sure the lines going through it are anti aliased. If you then pathed it all, exported it to c4d and motexted it then brand it back to ps to add fx you would have some of the best sigs on this site.

Though I don't know what direction you're going for. Whichever it may be, you have what it takes

They look quite nice, the udyr kinda stood out to me the most with that creative way of the letter "G" Placed.
