Yes and no.....

DDs fights are really about luck relying mostly on your spec if you don't hit good your screwed.

Some of the good stakers have pretty high def.

But if you stick to fighting your lvs armor off then yea. Stake people with pray or you'll just be staking people with about the same stats as you.

so if i just dueled ppl with prayer off and armour off it would be pretty good assuming they have like 43 prayer?

 

i think you should get your att up to 75 or 80 just so that you could hit more

Get higher attack. Not too high, but just a tad higher than the average main your level.
