Make sure the Pokemon Trainer Club servers are online via this linkPokemon Go Server Statusif it is anything other than 'Online', give it a while to fix itself and retry later. Make sure you are typing the username and password correctly, some will contain multiple upper-case and lower-case passwords/usernames which can easily be mistyped.

How can I change the password and Email of the account?'
