    Hes a scammer. I asked him about the green phat then he blocks me. He tried to scam it. Read the guy other report. He has the courser over the msn to prove it wasn't an imposter. Ban his happy ass.

    Scamming: or any suspicious behavior similar to scamming (i.e. attempting to scam)
