how do i cancel recovery questions?

im tryin to cancel my recoverie questions on my 101 account so i can sell it, but the recoverie questions have been on there for a long time and when i try to cancel it says there are no "pending" recovery questions to cancel...so does this meen i can cancel the ones that arent pending that are already on there? much thanks please help

 

In order to cancel the recovery questions on your account you must file a "someone else knows my recovery questions" thing under the account recovery section of the runescape website. For further instructions visit the Black Market main page, there are a few threads that will be able to help you cancel them.
