Ban Appeal for Poulton

hey im poulton, i was banned for advertising to mm, this is the first and last time i have done this here is the link were i said it http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=250835

i would not have asked but it was one of my friends from rs and i was just trying to help, can you please lift the ban, i think its harsh seem as i have never done this before if you just pmed me saying do not do this again i would of said ok and not done it.
