i thought that link applied to osrs guess not my b, you could try different battlestaff's/rune items however, those are usually the more profitable ones from high alching but their buy rate in GE is pretty low

 

I just suck up the loss and alch magic longobows. It's normally 100-200 gp loss per one alch but you can buy a lot at once compared to battle staves.

 

The economy on 07 is bad, so unless you can consistently buy them for the price, you will always be fluctuating in profit/loss. I'd say go through the G.E yourself and search about 10-15 items and do some simple math on a calculator and make an excel sheet.

 

I got 55 to 94 alching mage longbow (u) 16 hours a day autoing in poh cost around 27m

 

While alching i tried to use the following, Green/blue/black dhide bodies, air bstaves, Gold amulets. These items do change so i wouldn't suggest buying mass amounts

 

I have a 10 hp 99 magic account. I splashed then alched.
Alching is your best bet, if you don't want hp and want to keep the costs to a minimal.

efficiency was created to not waste time, and use that spare time you get to make more money.

that is how you profit thru efficiency

 

at this point you should just alch what ever you want, most likely unstrung maple bows?
