me reported for scamming??

i been reported for scamming a guide... this is wot has happened... tang0 the guide seller brought the mm into the window, not me... we met in rs and i gave the money to the mm... then tang0 started transferring the guide over... earlier in the conversation i had expressed specifically that i didnt want any guide that had to do with me going into a chatroom... its the free members guide im sure most mods are aware of...

the mm saw it was the guide i had expressed specifically not to sell me and he told me. i went into the trade and we argued about it, then i said how it is a form of scamming (since u r scamming those in the chatroom) and the mm gave me the money back.

I would also like to know y this is a scam, and if it isnt, shudnt u ban tang0 for it??

also tang0 lied about it, i asked if it was a guide where u go into chatroom etc and he said no... his own pics contradict himself and thus he SHUD be banned.

also the reason i gave the vouch was because he did mm the trade, i never said it went smoothly, but he did mm it.
