Pest Control Clans

I had posted on a previous topic about the different Pest Control clans and their requirements. As I asked before, what are a few of the good PCing clans, how can i contact them, and what are their requirements? I am a lvl70 attack/Strength pure and was wondering if they mke exceptions for lower levels if they have like a level 80 or two level 80 stats or something.

I tried that, but all it says is "you are not lvl90+ or have 165 str+att." This is all good and well, but how the fuck do they know if my runescape character is a lvl 90 or if he is 165 str+att? Do I have to register with them or something? I have searched all over the internet and come up with nothing. Anyone know exactly how to become a member?
