would it be a good idea to make like a lvl 30 pker with like 10 attack and all str. what would be the best combination of stats (att, def, str, etc.)

 

id stick with 5 attack. Steel has the same strength bonus as black. But honestly, you would hit about as high as a kid with a rune scim and lower strength but since he would have 40 attack, he would hit a lot more often. 40 attack is the lowest i would go.
