Guide 6 – Torrent Download

Welcome, I proudly present my 6th guide; I made this extremely fast so be nice.


1.What are we going to learn?

I am going to teach u how to download torrents, Torrents are the relatively small files (usually under 150k) that you download so you can connect to all of the users who are downloading and uploading the file.


2.What are the requirements for it?

Well I strongly recommend windows 2000+ computer with a relative fast internet connection.

There are over 50 Bit torrent clients, but I recommend Bitlord

This is the only thing u need to download torrents.

Just rush throw the installation so we can continue with part 3.


3.So, How can I find torrents?

I recommend is a site that searcher threw all the big torrent site’s, So u don’t have to look at all of them to find a torrent,

4.Downloading ( Last step don’t worry )

Well for example, Look at the last picture, we will take the first result, Click on the link.

U will get the following pictures, Torrentz has selected and highlighted the best torrents for u, choose one of them.



U will be directing to the site,
Then click on the download button witch basically every torrent site has.



Click on the link, if u installed Bitlord correctly the following screen should pop up.

Hit open




Then the following screen will pop-up automatically opening bit lord ( Leave everything as it is and hit ok )



Now u are ready, If u want to edit or delete any of you’re download u can find them back in the main bitlord menu

thanks for the guide man it will come in handy if i need 2 download anything via torrent

 

It's self-explanatory if you download any client. I figured it out by myself the first time I used it, even though there's an FAQ with every site/client, which, if you had read them, makes this thread irrelevant.

 

Nice guide , alto it's pretty easy w.O instructions
But good for the not so smart ppl !

 

I think all you're explanation is great but , The only reason why i made this guide is because it was requested ! .
And only 3% of all people read the F.A.Q when they open or install a product ,

there are better clients then bit lord some include bit tornado and u torrent (i use u torrent just my opinion tho) and DO NOT USE TORRENT SPY the government is attempting to shut them down and possibly make them give a list of all the ips that download from them and you MAY go to jail/and or prison

 

hahahha, you're DUTCH! Me too!
But uTorrent is pretty good too, it is very very small, requires almost no cpu or ram memory!!

The only downside of torrents are the upload speed, this can slowdown your internet connection alot!

Nice guide, but Bitlord? Cmon utorrent owns =/

 

There are many opinions about what torrent is better / easier , I myself use bit lord because people CLAIM its faster then utorrent .

 

are there viruses

 

Bitlord is crap, it's unstable, unsafe, has too many ads when you open the damn' program, and it gets you too many viruses and spyware. I recommend using Azureus Vuze, Ares, and Morpheus for torrents and p2p file sharing.

 

i knew about torrenting but their are loads of people who dont so lay off of him great guide 10/10 lots of pictures and easy step by step
