    What are your fitness goals?

    My goal ever since I was a freshman in highschool was: 300 bench, 500 squat, and 450 deadlift. Also to be around 12-10% BF. I am currently around 18% and am at 285 bench, 415 squat, and 350 deadlift.

    Ran a 10K back in May, but have been recently quite ill. My only goal is to finally get well and back into running. I would like to do another 10K before the year is up, but I'm feeling like that is not realistic.

    My goal is to hit 185 @ 10% bf by next year. Currently at 185 sitting at around 12-13% @ 6 foot

    get swole af, pack on as much mass as i possibly can, going to bulk until april and then start cutting so ill be in shape for uni in the fall.
